- The submission deadline for applications (for oral presentations and posters): April 10, 2025
- The submission deadline for poster presentations (PDF files) and accompanying materials: May 2, 2025
- The submission deadline for pre-recorded presentations (video presentations) and PPT-presentations: May 5, 2025 (Please note that the conference will be held in-person, in Split, Croatia. The recordings are collected so that they can be published on this website after the event.)
- The conference will take place on May 8 – 9, 2025 (Thursday and Friday) in Split, Croatia.
