Opširnije o Konferenciji pročitajte ovdje. Na Konferenciji je ponovno gostovao James Black, direktor izdavačke kuće Archetype Publications Ltd. iz Londona. Archetypeove knjige mogle su se kupiti po sniženim cijenama. Organizatori su priredili obilazak splitske povijesne jezgre uz stručno vodstvo dr. sc. Gorana Nikšića, voditelja Odsjeka za staru gradsku jezgru Grada Splita (Podrumi, Peristil, Zlatna vrata, Grgur Ninski) i Žane Matulić Bilač iz Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda – Restauratorskog odjela u Splitu (Katedrala). U okviru Konferencije organiziran je posjet splitskom odjelu Hrvatskoga restauratorskog zavoda.
Pokrenuta je nova Facebook stranica Konferencije, International Conference of the Conservation-Restoration Studies.
Konferenciju su pratili nastavnici i studenti novoosnovanog studija konzervacije-restauracije Akademije likovnih umjetnosti u Sarajevu.
Najava Konferencije objavljena je u listu splitskog sveučilišta Universitas (Sagita Mirjam Sunara, "S međunarodnim sudjelovanjem i od međunarodnog značenja"). Splitski studenti objavili su seriju članaka o Konferenciji na blogu Stažiranje među umjetninama (Josip Pašalić i Nikolina Drlje, "Osvrt na studentsku konferenciju: prvi dan"; Lucija Jurlin, "Osvrt na studentsku konferenciju: drugi dan (obilazak Dioklecijanove palače)"; Lucija Jurlin i Sagita Mirjam Sunara, "Osvrt na studentsku konferenciju: intervju s Eliom Karamatićem, stručnjakom za stabilizaciju slika na drvu"; Bernarda Đurić, "Osvrt na studentsku konferenciju: treći dan").
