APPLYING FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

The application for oral presentation must contain:

(2) The fully completed docMentor's Statement314.50 KB 
The signed document can be scanned and sent as a PDF.

(3) The fully completed docDeclaration of Consent314.00 KB 
The signed document can be scanned and sent as a PDF.

(4) One photograph of the author in *.jpg format
If there are more authors, please send one photograph of each person.

Write “Application for oral presentation – presentation title“ in the e-mail subject line. Send the filled out form and a picture (pictures) of the author in the attachment.

Application Form – additional notes

The application form must be filled in English. The text must be written in accordance with professional standards as it will be published on the website of the conference and included in the conference abstract booklet.

It is advisable to send the application in *.doc or *.docx format. Name the file in the following way: SURNAME_Name.doc or SURNAME_Name.docx (Example: JURIC_Jure.doc)

Please do not use any special letters or characters in the file name (č, ć, đ, á, é, ý, ď, ě, ř, š, ž...).

 

Author's photograph / authors' photographs – additional notes

The photo should show the face of the author, and should be in high resolution. If the work / presentation has more than one author, one photo of each author should be sent.

Name the file (or files) in the following way: SURNAME_Name.jpg (Example: JURIC_Jure.jpg)

Please do not use any special letters or characters in the file name (č, ć, đ, á, é, ý, ď, ě, ř, š, ž...).
